About Our Lawyers

Eric Yocum

Eric is the founder of Yocum, Krowl & Associates, LLP. He has been helping clients win their disability claims since 1987. Eric is experienced at all levels of the Social Security disability process, including cases before the Federal District Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern Indiana in 1984. He received his law degree from Indiana University in 1987. Eric has extensive experience in all levels of Social Security. He met his wife, Tracy Wiseman, in law school, and they have been married since 1990. They have one daughter.

Tracy Wiseman

Tracy has worked full-time with Yocum, Krowl & Associates, LLP since 2007. Before that, she spent 20 years working as an attorney and in management for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She has used her extensive experience with medical records and health conditions to help Yocum, Krowl & Associates, LLP disability clients build winning cases. Tracy graduated from Indiana State University in 1984 and Indiana University School of Law in 1987. Tracy is married to Eric Yocum, and they have one daughter. Tracy is a National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) member.

William Krowl

Will joined Yocum, Krowl & Associates, LLP in January 2016. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2007. He received his law degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2010. Will has worked as an advocate for Social Security Disability clients throughout his legal career and has extensive experience at all levels of the disability process, including the Federal District Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Will currently sits on the Board of Directors for the United Methodist Youth Home and is a member of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee.
